Cancellation Policy
▪ Guests are required to settle their remaining balance payment before the commencement of the yacht charter to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
▪ We request that guests provide a minimum of 72 hours prior notice for any cancellations to allow sufficient time for necessary adjustments.
▪ Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled charter will incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover potential operational losses.
▪ For cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the charter, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
▪ Guests who fail to show up for the scheduled charter without prior notification will be charged 100% of the charter fee.
▪ The captain reserves the right to cancel or modify the charter in case of adverse weather conditions to ensure the safety of guests and crew. In such cases, guests can either reschedule the charter or receive a refund of their deposit.
▪ In the event of cancellation due to weather, the client can choose to reschedule or receive a refund of their deposit.
▪ If the charter is canceled due to technical reasons, customers will receive a full refund of their deposit without any deductions. customers will receive a full refund of their deposit.
